Heading North

Today we started off with a visit and hike to Point Cabrillo light house. We could hear the Sea Otters from a mile away when we were at the point. We then went down to a state beach and played in the Pacific ocean and on the beach. We left town and headed north with several stops along the way on California 1 to look at the ocean and the cliffs. We visited the Redwood National Park and, you guessed it, Sarah and Christopher became Jr. Rangers! We drove North to Oregon and watched the sun set in the west as we drove. Tonight we are in Coos Bay OR. It is very cold! Tomorrow we will continue up the coast to the Columbia River.
